Communication And Language
Encourage and create a language rich environment. Giving the children the resources to communicate effectively and develop their language. |

Physical Development
Develop both gross and fine motor skills. Allowing children to take positive risks exploring the environment and developing their gross motor skills . Using and gaining the necessary skills to make small movements like mark making and threading. |
Personal Social And Emotional Development
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to express their emotions, make friends, taking turns and looking after themselves and others. To take part in their own self-care, being able to dress themselves, use the toilet and eat healthily |

Understanding The World
Learn and take part celebrating holidays, festivals, celebrations and special events. Find out about our community, people that help us and why and how things work |
Mathematics
Provide an environment enriched with numbers, shapes and patterns, weight and height. This will be done using displays and activities throughout the setting. |

Have group times where we sing nursery rhymes, read stories, recognise our names and letter sounds. |
