Today saw the end of a very busy Summer Term at pre-school! 
Thank you to everyone who attended our Summer party; it was lovely to see so many parents join us for a picnic in the garden!
An emotional farewell to our children who are continuing their 'Learning Journey' at their new primary schools but a great celebration of the past years achievements.
On behalf of all staff at Barking Pre-school I would like to thank you for the lovely cards, gifts, flowers and hugs we received this morning, but most importantly,

Today we were lucky to welcome Chris from Little Kickers to our setting! Chris organised several educational sporting activities which the children appeared to enjoy! 'At Little Kickers the focus is very much on fun - a national network of informal yet professionally run training classes where enthusiastic boys & girls (18mths – 7th birthday) are given a helping hand to stand on their own two feet'.

A very big THANK YOU to the families who took part in our sponsored toddle on Wednesday 2nd July. The weather was perfect making our walk around the Tye very enjoyable before returning to the village hall for a relaxing picnic!
11 families turned up to join us with 2 other families donating because they were unable to attend resulting in a fantastic £321 total raised! 
£161 for Barnardo's and £160 for pre-school! WELL DONE!
